Culverin has three ombudsmen who conduct the Mediation and if necessary manage the process of Expert Determination, all of whom are qualified as either Solicitors or Barristers, each of whom has over twenty years experience in the practice of the law and of land and property in particular, one Expert, who is a recently retired Senior Circuit Court Judge and Kings Counsel who specialised in property for his career at the Bar, as a Silk and on the Bench, and one para-legal executive administrator.

These are appointed on a permanent basis after a rigorous interview process.
